Lots of flavors going on here with the prosciutto, sage and dressing that goes on after cutlets are cooked. Lemon, olive oil, garlic and some other goodies. Delicious and both son and I enjoyed.

Son and I really enjoyed these but hubby didn't care for them. The flavors of the goat cheese with the tomatoes and lemon juice on the cooked portobello mushrooms was delicious.

I really hate giving this a rating of any kind since I think I might have messed it up. It did have a nice lemony flavor. I tested with a toothpick at the suggested end baking time and it came out clean. After cooling the middle sank and the outer parts...
