I made this to go on the mixed rice bowls but son liked it on the seasoned beef as well. Great condiment.

This was one of hubbys favorite dishes when we ate Korean food in California, so I knew it'd have to be on his birthday menu. It was a big hit. I bought some sirloin strip steaks and son sliced them very thin.
