This is a giant cookbook with more than 1,200 recipes. The recipes are best loved recipes from Bon Appetit magazine. It has a few color photos scattered through the book.

This is a very comprehensive cookbook, with over 1200 of Bon Appetit best recipes from many years of it Magazine. The recipes are organized well in the many chapters. They are well written and tested. The book includes many tips and techniques.
