The Chicken came out great but the onions that were under the chicken came out a little burned.

Raspberry Corn Muffins : page 215
Did not add the raspberry preserves because I just wanted to make a corn muffin and these were very good. Need to cut the recipe in half next time because the full recipe made 17 muffins.

Turkey Meatloaf : page 138
This Turkey Meatloaf has great flavor and the leftovers make very good sandwiches. I always cut this recipe in half and it stll makes a good size meatloaf.
