Didn't make the chicken as described...just the salsa, which was excellent! Used canned fruits instead of fresh and it still tasted great. Salsa was also terrific on salmon.

Delicious as is, but I've also tweaked it for other dishes. I've put cumin, jalapeno and red onion in it and used it as a base for veggie chalupas. Great basic spread that can be adapted in many different ways.
