Very good. I use skinless boneless chicken breasts instead of whole boned chicken breasts, halved. Serves 8-10 so no need to double, and freezes well.

Great for a crowd as serves 12-14. Good left over although you might have to add more cheese. Easy and tasty - a meal in itself.
