Squash Ravioli with Sherried Onion Sauce, Walnuts and Cranberries from Cooking New American : How to Cook the Food You Love to Eat

Amaretto Chicken : page 104

Very good. I use skinless boneless chicken breasts instead of whole boned chicken breasts, halved. Serves 8-10 so no need to double, and freezes well.
