Perfect Pops

Nice chocolatey flavor, not too sweet and a bit tangy - excellent reviews by children and adults alike. 4 stars only because of the calories involved - 1 cup of crème fraiche, 1 cup half&half and 4 ounces of chocolate - all in 6 pops!
