Upside-Down Mushroom Tartlets from Everyday Food

This recipe is very good and I also see their comments about swapping the mushrooms for grape tomatoes and cheddar cheese. I would go with grape tomatoes and maybe parmesan, not sure I would use cheddar.... read more >
