This recipe has become a standby in our household when we're having company over. The process is beautifully simple and the results spectatcular. Whenever we are invited to a potluck, my friends ask me to bring "my mushrooms" of course I give credit where it is due. Deb REALLY got it right with this one.

Flavors are good, prep is not too extensive, just seemed to be something missing. I loved the warmth of the spice on the squash. The addition of the toasted squash seeds was absolutely genius! Maybe the lentils were just bland in comparison to the other amazing elements of the salad. I would make it again for sure.

The dressing is amazing! Just like traditional sushi restaurants but fresher. The salad itself is ok, you can vary it to your liking. Its all about the dressing
