About me: Just the facts: I starting cooking in 1994. I was vegan for over ten years. I started eating some meat again in 2008. I just recently started using measuring spoons. I cook on a 1955 General Electric stove.

We haven't made all of the recipes in here yet, but we have done a selection of meat, poultry, seafood, and veggies. all were excellent; the five star rating is based on the recipes we've cooked. each section contains very useful information about why certain types of food should be grilled/prepared in certain ways.
