About me: Kitchen wall lined top to bottom and end to end with bookshelves full of cookbooks. Enjoy ALL aspects of cooking and baking. I will never have the time to try all the meals I would like to prepare. Have lots of fun using my own herbs to make herb oils and pastes to use in meat/poultry/fish dishes. Rose Levy Beranbaum's Cake Bible has superb recipes that work at even our high altitude with no adjustments.
