Delicious! You have to like cilantro (though it was surprisingly not overwhelming, even though I think I used much more than ΒΌ c), and it tastes really complex, creamy, and authentic. Quite simple, too.

Just like at the restaurants, but yummier. I made a few tweaks to the recipe (added a bit more tomato for more sauce, less cayenne needed because the original was SUPER hot), but really good. Used the paneer from earlier in the book which is great and easy.

This was very good. I used kale instead of mustard greens (what I had) and normal garam masala. (I'm sure it would Iyer's garam masalas.) Like the other reviewer, I pureed it again at the end.
