These were a huge hit with my friends and I. Just minty enough and very chocolate-y. Instead of using the 1 1/2 teaspoon Ener-G egg replacer and 2 tablespoons water, I used 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed and 3 tablespoons water and it turned out just fine.

This is a pretty good recipe for Pumpkin Spice Bread. Very moist bread.
