Sesame Cherry Chewies

Loved these! They definitely live up to their name, and I liked the short ingredient list/baking time as well.

Sesame Lime Soba Noodles with Shiitake Mushrooms & Snow Peas

Love all of the flavor in this dish. I've also made this with quinoa instead of soba noodles - also delicious!

I went with the lower amount of sugar listed, and actually used coconut crystals since that is what I had on hand. They turned out great - the addition of the chocolate chips really make this.

Pancakes

A good, basic pancake recipe – I usually use spelt flour and leave out the optional tbsp of sugar, and they taste great every time.

Sweet Potato Quinoa Burgers

Loved these, I've made them a few times and they taste great. Mine do tend to be a little crumbly for whatever reason, but still make a decent patty (I like to eat them crumbled on salads anyway though!)

A simple, great salad. I like making this for holidays and other events - it looks pretty all assembled! The dressing is light and fits well with the salad. I've subbed in raspberries and I'm starting to like that even better.
