This is one of my favorite recipes in the book. Its ingregients are easy to acquire. It can be a bit spicy. I alter the amount of cayenne.

I changed the amout of chiles from 6 to 2. It was spicy enough for me with just two. Also, it was salty. I will reduce the salt when making again.
