Red Bean Soup with Walnuts (Lobiani) : page 92
Red Bean and Walnut Soup - pleasant but unspectacular, though the addition of onion and herbs at the end did give it a lift. The flavour of the walnuts got a bit lost - if I make this again I may chop them rather than grinding.
