About me: I have been vegetarian for about 20 years (and a failed vegan). I rarely follow a recipe exactly, I like to experiment (but I'll mention that in any recipe reviews). I am raising my 3 years old son as a vegetarian -- so far so good.
Favorite cookbook: American Vegetarian Cookbook (despite the name)
