Quick Cinnamon Buns with Buttermilk Icing

These are so easy and go over very well for a crowd. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that the most recent times I've made them, they haven't been cooked all the way through using their times, thus disproving the America's Test Kitchen theory of "perfect" recipes. It MAY have had something to do with me taking them out without testing...

Apple Orchard Pecan Crumble

This tasted like the best crunchy, nutty applesauce you have ever eaten. It was not gorgeous to serve but it was one of the yummiest apple items I've ever eaten.

Made for nieces' birthday party in December 2008. Huge hit.

Made November 2008 in procrastination for writing NaNo WriMo novel #2. It was the frst recipe I tried from Sweet Melissa--it was gorgeous and garnered me a reputation as a great baker from my coworkers. I had no orange so left it out.
