About me: I love cooking, I love eating, I love discovering new recipes. I have so many cookbooks I sometimes lose track of which recipe is where - though this site helps a bit. I have gone low-carb in 2010, so that's different recipes to explore again. Great Good Food: Luscious Lower-Fat Cooking

Tastes good.

I don't have any skillet that fits whole leeks though, and halving them lengthwise means they fall apart. Next time I will cut them up in rings.

Easy low-fat iced coffee. Same recipe as in Fresh Start.

This was good - tasty vegetables with a crunchy cheese topping. I would have liked the fennel a bit softer, so next time I will leave it in the oven a bit longer before adding the crumbs.

I served it with rice, which was good, and I think it would be even better with crusty bread.

Nice, but it tastes like it could use some more fat.

Nice but nothing special. The bite was just right, but it was a bit salty and the lemon and other flavors were not very apparent anymore.
