I have gone low-carb in 2010, so that's different recipes to explore again. Faber and Faber - 1988
The marinade was just right, and the tomatoes combined very well with the fish, but the grilling didn't work - all of the skin came off and the inside was raw while the outside was getting close to burning. Next time I will make this in the oven.
