Good Food Fast ("Australian Women's Weekly")

You can forget the pre-soaked bamboo skewers for this one (they always seem to burn no matter what!), I just bake the chicken tenderloins in the marinade/sauce and they work perfectly.

A lovely satisfying winter soup using leeks and frozen peas. Herb or savoury scones are a good accompaniment for this soup.
