This is another delicious recipe from Jamie's new book, but once again not achievable in 15 minutes (IMHO :).
I substituted the ready-to-eat pack of lentils with 250g of well-drained, canned lentils and the koftas were moist but stayed intact and didn't fall apart. The curry sauce is fragrant and slightly tart and the dish pairs very well with the accompanying fluffy rice, beans and peas.

Chilli Con Carne Meatballs : page 58
Tasty and relatively quick to make (although I'm sure it took me a lot longer than 15 mins). The addition of roasted peppers to the passata adds a lovely freshness to the sauce. The meatballs are meant to be served with spiced bulgur wheat but I use couscous or steamed basmati rice instead.
