Workman Publishing Company - 1995
A creamy gorgonzola sauce, with the added crunch of walnuts. If you are a fan of gorgonzola, you'd love this. We prepared this with milk in place of the 1/2 C cream, and the sauce seemed too think. No real surprise there!
