So smooth and refreshing its dangerous.

Really excellent - not so sweet, and really refreshing - perfect for a hot summer afternoon!

This recipe is different from most in that it uses fresh grapefruit juice. We also modified it slightly by using red grenadine in place of maraschino liqueur.

Mojito : page 155

A lovely summer drink that can also use the mint that might be growing in your garden. We use orange bitters instead of angustora, and its awesome! Don't skimp on the lime.
