We prepared this cornbread in Mill Creek Canyon at a picnic-bbq meeting of our cooking club. This produced a moist and flavorful cornbread. Its pretty sweet, and the corn flavor is excellent - supplemented with fresh sweet corn. We put about 13 briquettes on the top and about 5 underneath. It took about 20 minutes to bake.
