If you can find kamut flour, this is a wonderful variation on pound cake. Lots of buttery flavor, with a very delicate crumb. Be sure to try her suggestion to grind a little fresh black pepper on a toasted slice -- soooo good. Bob's Red Mill brand has kamut flour; I can find it at Whole Foods.
