Very good. I served this to a family gathering and everyone loved it. I thought that the frosting was a bit thick and would rather it be looser so it 'dripped' over the cake.
I do not know the page number of this recipe in this magazine.

These were very good and better for you than most stuffed jalapeƱos especially those that are fried. If you're firing up the grill then this is a great appetizer.

YUMMY!
Black beans, spices, cilantro ... all mashed up into a yummy vegetarian burger.
I baked them for 20 minutes in a 350 oven and then pan friend them to crisp them up a bit. They are very easy to make and are simply delicious.

This is a beautiful salad on the plate and tastes as good as it looks. I made this one for hubby, daughter and I. We divided it three ways since son-in-law doesn't eat many of these ingredients (fixed him something else).
