This recipe makes a delicious pizza dough. However, it is very salty. It reminds me of the pizza crusts from one of my favorite local pizza joints, but which makes me drink water all night.

This dough calls for 1 tsp of salt per "batch". It looks like its twice the salt of other recipes.

I used 1/3 whole wheat flour, and mixed this in a bread mixer. I might use it again, but with less salt.
