These potatoes are so easy and quick to prepare, the only hard part is waiting the hour and 1/2 for them to bake! I added a couple of spoonfuls of cream cheese to the sauce pan to make an even creamier mixture. I also added a bit of extra shredded cheddar cheese to the top of the potatoes and they were so delicious. I checked on the potatoes about an hour into cooking and even though the recipe says to leave the foil on the entire time, I took off the tin foil off toward the end so that the potatoes would brown on top.
