This was very good but could have been a bit more seasoned but that was probably my fault. Next time I'd use even more cayenne since it wasn't spicy enough. I was afraid to use too much since we have some eaters who prefer less spicy. This was hardly spicy at all even with the amount called for or maybe it was my cayenne. The turkey was moist and delicious though. Thanksgiving 2017
We did two 14 pound turkeys. The other one I also followed this recipe except I used Bold Cajun Seasoning. Also moist and delicious but I could have added even more Cajun seasoning on it as well.
