These were very good pork chops. You do have to dirty up three bowls, one for the egg and buttermilk, one for the flour, salt and pepper, and one for the fresh bread crumbs, Parmesan and thyme. I like the crunchy coating. The Parmesan and thyme really give a nice flavor to these.
