This recipe is from the latest Williams-Sonoma catalog. It's a good way to cook burritos, because the panini press seals the tortilla and keeps the filling from leaking out, similar to a quesadilla. You could definitely experiment with different salsas and fillings. Next time, I would put the salsa on the inside. But still, a keeper.
