Actually on p. 86a (the "Quick and Delicious" supplement at the back of the magazine).

Excellent and healthy weeknight meal. About 15 minutes of prep and fifteen to cook. Just enough time to make some rice and steam or roast a veggie on the side. Fish and mushrooms is not an immediately obvious pairing but this really works. If you keep some of Costco's individually frozen cod fillets in the freezer, they are perfect for this.

Made again 5/10/10 using a French vermouth rather than an American product and the flavor really did go up a notch.
