Love this bread. I have made it several times and though the dough sometimes varies (dry to very wet) it consistently comes out delicious. Great texture - moist and soft inside with a nice crispy crust.

Hey Jenncc - great reviews. My sister noticed this cookbook title - my first name is Leslie, and my husband's last name is a different spelling of Mackie. How funny! Great to see a new name on cookbooker!

Thanks Queezie, There are many tasty looking recipes in this book and I hope we see more reviews from it soon. Funny, I was just reading your review of How To Cook Everything Vegetarian - it's been in my "cart" for ages, now maybe I will finally order it..
