Tasted a little bit like a lemon bar- bright and sweet and tangy. I was a little nervous about it being to tart or too bitter, based on the blog entry. In fact, it was very, VERY sweet. Might have been due to the fact that I let my lemons marinate in the sugar for more like 36 hours.
