The ricotta added a delightful texture, and made something really special out of a simple dish. I added some sauteed spinach, which was tasty and looked really nice, as well. Also, I was doubling the recipe for a party, so assembled it in a baking dish and cooked it in the oven, which only took a few more minutes and worked out just fine.
