I watched PW make this recently on her show and knew I had to make this. I found the recipe online and printed off a copy. I was afraid I couldn't find the noodles she used but my local Wal-Mart had them. I love these frozen homemade style egg noodles that look similar to the ones in Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup which I great up loving. After I made the recipe I found it was also in my copy of The Pioneer Woman Cooks: Food from My Frontier. There is a little difference in the two recipes but they're basically the same. In the book she says chopped parsley which I take to mean fresh (which is what I used) and on her website it says parsley flakes which I assumed is dried. The book also gives an option of adding a splash of half and half at the end which I didn't' do. My daughter and I loved this one though and she said you can make this again anytime. Son though it would be better without the celery of which he isn't a big fan.
