O.k. it's certainly not going to trick anyone but it is a great alternative when your avoiding carbs. This recipe gives you some relief for pizza craving using cauliflower, egg, goat cheese and spices as a "crust". It does not taste cauliflower-y and her tips about really wringing out the cauliflower is a MUST. I have made this and other versions several times and this by far gets the highest points for 1) not coming out soggy - you can actually pick it up like a slice of pizza 2) has good flavor and texture. I do sometimes add some nutritional yeast or King Arthur's Pizza flavoring to the mix.
