My daughter and I love Brunswick stew and it's been awhile since I've made any and she suggested we have it since it's been colder here lately. I decided I wanted to try a different recipe than the one I usually just throw together so we found this one. My daughter doesn't eat red meat so I omitted the beef. I usually only use chicken for the meat in my brunswick stew but we enjoyed the addition of pork in this version. I did only make half a recipe and after we all ate I still had quiet a bit leftover so I halved it with my daughter.
