Also known as "Best Ever Green Bean Casserole" and that it is. My mother and kids love this so much that I now catch hell if I don't make it at Thanksgiving. The begining instructions for the mushroom sauce is also very useful for making mushroom gravy or cream of mushroom soup, without a can or powdered pouch. I wish I knew what the onions tasted like with the dish, but they get eaten during the course of cooking the turkey. It's a keeper, as is.
