Good, but has nothing to do with a crockpot, which is used only to keep the sauce warm before serving. I just tossed the sauce with the just drained linguine and served.

I made more or less all the sauce (only 100g of smoked trout) and tossed with 6oz linguine as a main course for two.

Would be a good starter if you're inclined to pasta for a first course.
