Actually on p. 102a in the Quick and Delicious supplement at the back of the magazine. And link is provided below.

This is a recipe with a huge pay-off for minimal effort. Some panko, melted butter, chopped parsley and lemon zest mixed together and patted onto a whitefish fillet. I used tilapia in place of cod and roasted at 425 for about 10 minutes. This is really a lot of flavor bang for the effort/cost buck. Served with roasted broccoli and a green salad -- healthy and satisfying.

Great weeknight or casual company meal.
