A fried egg recipe? Really? Yes, really. There are some clever tips that yields diner style crispy edges with thick and creamy yolks. I've been making fried eggs all wrong, until I made this recipe. Hi foodiewife, I read your blog - about your slowed entries (and probably here, too) - and realized that my reduced rate of recipe reviews is probably also because my son left for college last fall. While I do still have one child at home, cooking just isn't really the same.

Welcome back to cookbooker, and we will just have to show each other how to recalibrate our cooking!
