My daughter chose the Rich version of this mac and cheese for part of her birthday supper 2015. We loved the sauteed mushrooms in this but it was a bit dry. It called for Parmesan and mascarpone cheese (which I couldn't find so subbed cream cheese). It tasted like it needed more cheese but was still quiet good.
