The editing of this recipe has gone terribly awry. My best guesses at repairing (and how I've prepared this with quite good results):
- In the first group of ingredients, ignore the minced ginger and dried red chilies.
- In the first paragraph of instructions, add the cumin seeds, turmeric, coriander, and red pepper powder, skipping the ginger and red&green chilies.
- In the second group of ingredients, ignore the 4 ingredients in the right column (which are more or less a repeat of the last 4 ingredients in the first group of ingredients). Add 2 teaspoons chopped cilantro and 2 teaspoons lime juice. These are referred to in the tempering instructions; amounts are my guesses, right or wrong.
