I never would have guessed that this is a butternut squash soup. I quite liked it, though DB thought it played out the sweet-and-sour theme too much. It was relatively easy to prepare.

A very nice dish! Absolutely recommended! We reduced the cooking time of the rhubarb by approximately 10 minutes (too impatient), and because our pork chops were smaller than those recommended (see below) we reduced their cooking time from 7 to 5 minutes,...

Very nice! I accidentally cut them into thin 1 cm slices instead of wedges, so I kept a close eye on them while roasting and removed them from the oven after 30 min. I didn't have fresh majoram; it was nice as it was, although the addition of fresh herbs...

I’m afraid this one didn’t pass the test. It wasn’t really bad, it just wasn’t very good and had to compete against a superb family recipe. It was a bit too sweet, too complicated, and didn’t bring out the full flavour of the bananas. Roasting...
