This was easy to make and great in the Braised Fennel wedges with saffron and tomato. I gave the leftover stock to my daughter to use in some soup.

Broccoli and Green Zebra Tomato Salad reviewed by jenncc

This is a delicious warm salad - barely tender broccoli, a nice zing from the lemon, sharp dijon, a salty hit from the olives and bright tomatoes. Very satisfying.
