A very nice and simple soup with a deep flavour. Roasting the cauliflower and the onions really helped enhance the flavour (I had DH guessing the ingredients, and he insisted that there still had to be something else).

Very nice mousse, nice flavour, nice consistency and easy to make (which isn't always a given for a mousse), so a great recipe. The only reason we decided not to give a 5 star rating was that the flavour of the coffee was too overpowering. That might...
