These are great - yummy, perfect texture and slightly domed. Made 1/2 recipe for 12 standard size cupcakes. I think these were baked in 16 minutes, so check them early.

This is silky smooth, slightly shiny and not too sweet. This would be my "forever frosting" but it wasn't quite stiff enough to pipe like I wanted it to. It comes out of the fridge hard (I made it the day before) but once it is soft, it is very soft....
