this was another winner from this book for me. These biscuits turned out gooey in the middle but lovely and crunchy on the outside. My only gripe was that the dough is very stickey and hard to shape and handle. Apart from that they were great and good...

this worked perfectly and i had muffins suitable for a flashy cooking program wich tasted as good as they looked! the only problem may be finding buttermilk for the recipe.
